We operate in the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire areas. We have a wide range of services and can work around the hours that our users need. Care calls can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 24 hours if the person needs a full care package and supported living. We have a lot of experience offering specialised care in the following areas: working with people who need help in the community, figuring out what they need, and making plans to help them. You will get a full evaluation of your needs, and a care plan will be made based on what you need. Procedures are written down and checked, and appropriate notes are made by the care staff on every visit. This makes sure that your wants and preferences are always looked at and taken into account. We have set up an electronic tracking system that doesn’t get in the way. This lets us handle any information we get more quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
