Community Outreach Services

Our community outreach service support and assist vulnerable people, especially those suffering from mental illnesses, in obtaining the assistance they require to live freely and fully engage in their communities. We support anyone over the age of 18. Our devoted teams of professionals are always available to provide practical assistance to vulnerable people in order to help them overcome any difficulties they may face in their everyday life. We collaborate with other organisations such as housing associations, health care providers, and social service providers. Building solid partnerships can help ensure that our service users get things like housing, benefits, and jobs. Our services include regular check-ins, tracking progress towards goals, and making necessary adjustments to support plans. Our assistance allows you to get out and do things you might not be able to do otherwise. We can assist in obtaining funding for activities such as continuing one’s education, pursuing one’s passions, travelling, or taking a holiday, if accessible.
