Supported Living Service

Our supported living Services allows the individuals we support to live independently and have control over how and when they receive support. We work with individuals to set their levels of care and support and ensure their rights as a tenant are protected. Our experienced and knowledgeable team, can support a wide range of complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Our person-centred planning ensures that every person living in our supported homes is enabled to meet their physical, emotional, vocational, educational, spiritual, safety and social needs. Our homes have all been thoughtfully and, in some cases, specifically designed to meet the needs of those we support. All our homes are kept in good decorative order as we have our own 24-hour maintenance team on hand for any repairs. Accommodate our service users’ belongings and preferences. All our homes have a no smoking policy.
